Application Process

All current openings are posted on our website and updated weekly by Human Resources. Candidates who are interested in an open position with CNB must complete an online application through our website for consideration. Candidates are encouraged to attach their résumé (in PDF or MS WORD format please) to their profile during the application process.

Unsolicited résumés for which there are no open positions are not considered.

Our Human Resource department reviews new applications on a daily basis. Applications and the attached résumés of qualified candidates are forwarded to the hiring manager to review. Upon review, the applicant will be contacted to schedule an interview.


Interview Process

Interviews are arranged through Human Resources.

  • Prior to Interview - Applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.
  • Interviewing with the Hiring Manager - Scheduled applicants will meet with the hiring manager.
  • After the interview the length of time to fill a position can vary. Candidates should follow-up with Human Resources with any questions or concerns. The candidate will be contacted regarding the status of the position.

Accepting the Job Offer

Candidates who receive and accept an offer will then be required to go through our pre-employment process. All job offers are contingent on completing and passing pre-employment succesfully.

  • Pre-Employment paperwork will be completed by the candidate.
  • A background check (investigative consumer report) will be initiated which includes a review of credit, criminal, education and employment histories.

New Hire Orientation

Our new hire orientation will normally be conducted on the first day of work at our Main office in Bluffton.

An appointment will be made to complete new hire paperwork, collect work employment eligibility documents, and provide new hire orientation.
